As the Diverse Learning Leader, you will provide strategic leadership to support student engagement, learning, wellbeing, and achievement through the principles of inclusive education and a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. You will work collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, students, and families to foster a culture where every learner is valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. In this position you will:

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education practices across the school. Develop and evaluate systems, data processes, and supports that enhance outcomes for students with diverse learning needs. Analyse student performance and wellbeing data to identify priorities and inform targeted interventions. Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and professional
