SwanCare Group is seeking a Payroll Adviser to own end-to-end fortnightly payroll for 700+ employees in Western Australia. You will manage off-cycle payments, allowances and employee changes, responding to queries with accurate, timely advice. You will ensure payroll practices meet Fair Work requirements, interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and contribute to continuous improvement as systems evolve.
