Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist Social and Content to join our team in Docklands, Melbourne.

In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for bringing to life some of Australia’s most unique hospitality, tourism and entertainment experiences through engaging social media and content. From luxury island escapes and gaming destinations to accommodation and tourism experiences, you’ll create compelling content that inspires audiences, builds brand awareness and drives customer engagement.

What will you do?

Develop and manage content calendars aligned to marketing campaigns, business priorities, and key events

Create, publish, and optimise organic social media content across multiple platforms

Coordinate content shoots, including planning, logistics, stakeholder engagement, and asset management

Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, influencers, and other content partners

Write engaging social media copy and content tailored to each brand’s tone of voice

Monitor social channels, engage with online communities, and respond to guest interactions

More about you

Experience in social media, content marketing,



digital marketing or a related marketing role

Proven ability to create engaging content that delivers audience growth and engagement

Strong copywriting, storytelling and content creation skills

Experience coordinating photography, videography and content production activities

Knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling tools and community management

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders and deadlines

A creative mindset with an eye for trends, opportunities and audience engagement

Experience within hospitality, tourism, entertainment, gaming, lifestyle or leisure industries will be highly regarded

Passion for creating memorable content that strengthens brands and drives commercial outcomes
