XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney/Melbourne is seeking a Contact Center Support Engineer to act as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests, providing hands-on user-level troubleshooting across voice, chat, email and digital channels.

You will monitor operations, log and classify issues, escalate to L2/L3 when needed, and coordinate with business and telecom teams while maintaining knowledge articles and runbooks.
