as a full time Tattoo Removal Specialist. This role suits someone who is

confident, personable, highly organised and genuinely great with people . We’re looking for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, lead consultations confidently and take real ownership of the client experience. And the roster is a major bonus: Sunday to Thursday — with every Friday and Saturday off.

For someone who wants a full-time role without giving up every weekend, it’s a great setup. This isn’t a standard laser role. Tattoo removal isn’t one treatment buried amongst a long menu of services. It is what we do. Think Again was established in 2014 and has grown across

Australia, New Zealand and the United States , with a team dedicated entirely to tattoo removal. We take the work seriously, invest heavily in training and want our team to become genuine specialists in their field. The role

You’ll manage the complete client journey, including: Conducting detailed tattoo removal consultations Performing laser tattoo removal treatments Assessing tattoos, skin and treatment response Creating personalised treatment plans Explaining treatment options clearly and confidently Building long-term client relationships Managing rebooking and retention Discussing treatment packages and pricing Maintaining detailed clinical notes and photography Managing client communication and follow-up Supporting clinic targets and overall performance Contributing to the day-to-day success of the Bankstown clinic This is a hands-on clinical role, but it is also highly client facing.



We want someone who is just as comfortable

talking, educating and building trust

as they are learning the technical side of treatment. Customer service experience matters.

For this role, we are particularly interested in people who already know how to work with clients. You may come from: Laser or skin Dermal therapy Beauty Premium retail Hospitality High-level reception or front-of-house Consultative sales Another rapid-paced customer-focused environment You need to be comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life. Comfortable discussing money. Comfortable following up enquiries. Comfortable explaining treatment plans. And confident enough to lead the conversation without ever feeling pushy. We train specialists — not button pushers.

At Think Again, our specialists are trained to understand

Different inks, colours, skin types, tattoo densities and treatment responses require judgement, experience and the ability to adapt. That’s why our training goes far beyond teaching someone how to operate a laser. Previous tattoo removal experience is

not essential . Experience in laser, skin, dermal therapy or beauty would be highly regarded. A strong background in

customer service, sales or another high-touch client environment
