A little brief of the role: This is a hands‑on, high‑energy recruitment role where no two days look the same. You’ll be recruiting at scale, building talent pipelines nationwide and working with a passionate, driven team committed to creating real outcomes for youth and disadvantaged communities.

What you’ll be doing:

Owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations nationally

Manage a team of recruiters across states

Driving innovative, creative hiring campaigns that cut through the market

Running daily group interviews and one-on-one interviews

Headhunting and proactively sourcing top talent





Partnering with leaders to deliver fast, quality hiring outcomes

Managing offers, negotiations and onboarding

Keeping recruitment processes sharp, organised and moving
