Senior Shopfitting Drafter – Microvellum & Revit Lead Gold Coast, QLD | Full-time | Onsite

With our own in-house joinery manufacturing, we control quality from first sketch to final install, and we're known for precision, speed and technical excellence.

We're looking for an exceptional Microvellum and Revit drafter with proven shopfitting experience to lead our technical drawing, modelling and CNC documentation.

What you’ll do Drafting and technical

Produce shopfitting and joinery shop drawings to the highest standard

Build detailed 3D models and production-ready documentation in Microvellum and Revit

Create CNC-ready files and optimise material usage for cost and efficiency

Manage and grow our Microvellum libraries, templates and technical standards

Leadership and production

Work hand-in-hand with our factory, logistics, project managers and estimators

Solve technical joinery and fitout challenges before they reach site

Lead drawing quality, review buildability and mentor other drafters





Propose value-engineering options that save time and money

Systems and improvement

Develop drafting standards, QC checks, templates and automation

Drive continuous improvement across our drafting systems

3–5+ years' shopfitting drafting experience (essential)

Expert in Microvellum, with solid, proven Revit experience

Strong knowledge of joinery, cabinetry and commercial fitouts

A clear understanding of site conditions, buildability and production

Fast, accurate, detail-obsessed and highly organised

Able to lead, train others, set standards and juggle complex workloads

Proactive, solutions-driven and commercially aware

Energised by tight deadlines and a high-performance team
