Roster: 2:1 (11.5‑hour days)
Mobility: FIFO
Key Responsibilities
Provide geotechnical support and supervision across earthworks and haul road pavements
Conduct site inspections and verify ground conditions against design assumptions
Assess material suitability and performance during construction
Review compaction, density, and laboratory testing results
Document daily geotechnical observations and reports
Identify and escalation unexpected ground conditions and construction risks
Provide practical technical advice to project teams and contractors
Collaborate with office-based geotechnical specialists and the wider project team
Ideal Experience
Geotechnical construction support or supervision
Solid understanding of earthworks, borrow materials, and haul road construction
Ability to interpret geotechnical designs, specifications, and test results
Experience on large-scale construction or mining projects
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
