What you'll be doing

Lead Asset & Maintenance operations across WA, covering fleet, mobile plant and fixed plant assets Manage the full asset lifecycle, including utilisation, procurement, delivery, optimisation and disposal Provide technical advice to operational managers and key stakeholders on asset performance and maintenance Provide leadership and technical direction to the maintenance team Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, workshop assurance and contractor coordination across WA sites Analyse maintenance trends,



asset utilisation and costs to drive performance, safety and asset optimisation

What you'll bring

Trade qualification and strong background as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or similar Experience in asset and maintenance management across fleet, plant or heavy equipment Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach Proven leadership experience with strong team and contractor management skills Understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance costs, P&L; and procurement Solid safety focus with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Who we are REMONDIS AUSTRALIA is part of a global leader in sustainable waste and water management.
