Potentia Solutions Leisure is seeking a motivated and detail-driven

Digital Marketing Coordinator

to support the execution of performance-led digital campaigns across our portfolio of hospitality, leisure and lifestyle brands.

This role is hands-on and executional, ideal for a digital marketer ready to deepen their experience across paid media, CRM and website content while working within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities Accurately implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across core performance platforms including

Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Eventbrite Ads, Spotify Ads, YouTube Ads, Apple Ads

and other relevant networks

Conduct

weekly monitoring, tracking and reporting

of campaigns to ensure delivery against KPIs

Assist in the implementation of

structured A/B testing

across ad copy, creative formats and audience segments to drive performance and brand awareness

Build and schedule

email and SMS campaigns , ensuring content accuracy, segmentation integrity and robust deliverability

Maintain websites with up-to-date

product,



event and promotional content , ensuring accuracy and consistency across brands

Contribute to

marketing performance reporting

for internal leadership and external stakeholders

Support the wider marketing team with

general marketing tasks , including campaign coordination, asset management, content uploads and administrative support as required

Skills & Experience Previous experience in digital marketing is highly desirable

1–3 years’ experience

in Search and Social campaignsis highly desirable

Technical awareness in

Google Ads and Meta Ads , with experience operating within the

Australian media and digital advertising landscape

Working knowledge of

attribution models

and web analytics tools such as

GA4

Proficiency in

Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft platforms

for analysis, reporting and data manipulation

High attention to detail with a proven ability to

work autonomously , manage priorities and meet deadlines
