The role is part time (3–4 days per week) with hybrid hours and strong involvement in both finance and executive support. Responsibilities include end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll, BAS/IAS, and monthly project reporting, plus HR/onboarding tasks and external relationships. Australian compliance and Xero proficiency are essential.
