Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator Just Better Care is Australia's largest franchised provider of in-home aged care and disability support. We support older Australians and people with disability to live independently and with dignity, choice and confidence. Our national brand is powered by locally owned franchises delivering care across communities nationwide.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing national Marketing team. This role is ideal for an early to mid-career digital marketer with a strong interest in SEO, content creation and internal communications.

You will play a key role in protecting and growing Just Better Care's national SEO performance, while working closely with franchisees to develop localised, search-optimised content that supports business growth. You will also manage a twice-weekly internal newsletter for the franchise network.

Key Responsibilities

Create, optimise and maintain website content to improve organic search performance

Develop local SEO content in collaboration with franchise owners

Consistently implement best practice SEO structure

Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Screaming Frog to identify gaps, opportunities, keyword trends and structural enhancements

Monitor SEO performance and ensure content remains current and utilises all available enhancements





Maintain accurate directory listings across Google Maps and industry directories

Produce and distribute a twice-weekly franchise eDM

Source content from internal stakeholders and coordinate approvals

Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice

Support broader digital marketing and communications initiatives

Skills & Experience

Experience creating digital content with a working knowledge of SEO fundamentals

Strong written communication and editing skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience working with internal stakeholders and external partnersExperience using a CMS (Kentico or similar is desirable)

Experience with Mailchimp or another email marketing platform

Familiarity with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics or similar tools

Understanding of website performance and digital metrics

Australian work rights required for this position
