Join Stryker as a

Finance Analyst

within our FP&A; team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A;, you’ll partner closely with the Commercial Manager (FP&A;) and senior leaders including the Finance Director, President, and broader Leadership Team.

This role sits at the heart of performance management, planning, and decision support — helping drive better decisions, unlock value, and challenge thinking through strong financial insight and governance.

What you’ll do

Partner with the business

Build strong relationships across finance, leadership, and key back-office functions

Understand stakeholder priorities and provide clear, commercially focused insights

Challenge assumptions and bring an independent financial perspective

Proactively engage to influence outcomes and support better decision-making

Support planning, forecasting & commercial processes

Contribute to weekly reporting cadence and data accuracy

Support month-end close, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget cycles

Support annual quota setting, awards, and quota P&L; processes

Play a key role in the business-wide Bonus & Commissions (B&C;) process, including accruals, reporting, and insights

Drive performance insights

Support or own month-end activities, including B&C; cost tracking across business franchises

Deliver variance analysis and clear monthly P&L; commentary

Produce regular and ad hoc reporting to track business performance

Maintain risks & opportunities (R&O;)

Support FP&A; and broader finance initiatives aligned to business goals

What you bring

Degree in Finance or related discipline

CA/CPA (completed or in progress)

Strong Excel skills (modelling, analysis, large data sets)

Power BI experience (reporting and dashboards)

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational capability

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge
