YOMG Coolangatta is seeking a Full Time Venue Manager to lead daily operations, manage a high-performing team and uphold YOMG’s standards of quality, safety and profitability. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment on the Gold Coast. You will oversee rosters, training, performance reviews and adherence to food safety and WHS requirements while driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time prospect with scope for growth within YOMG.
