As a Senior Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty performance, supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a

high-performing Senior Business Manager

who embraces a challenge, is driven to achieve and exceed KPIs and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience and strong results as an Automotive Business Manager

A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs

Solid commercial and financial acumen

A highly motivated and results-driven approach

Exceptional sales, negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to influence and work collaboratively with the sales team

Strong leadership and mentoring capability

Experience with ERA, Finance Connect and/or LeadDriver will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Your primary responsibilities As Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving Finance,



Insurance and Warranty performance while supporting the broader sales team to achieve dealership targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving the achievement and exceeding of Finance & Insurance KPIs

Working closely with the sales team to maximise every opportunity

Managing enquiries, follow-ups, deal negotiation and closing

Presenting and selling Finance, Insurance and Warranty products

Coaching and supporting sales consultants to identify F&I; opportunities

Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journeyMaximising profitability while maintaining a customer-first approach

Maintaining accurate and timely reporting

Ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met

Leading by example and contributing to a high-performance team culture
