In this role, you'll be the heartbeat behind Dare's brand strategy-leading new product development, crafting unforgettable communications, and activating high-profile sponsorships that get people talking. You'll collaborate across R&D;, Operations, Finance, and Sales to turn big ideas into even bigger results.

Responsibilities Champion voice of the consumer by bringing insights into the business to drive ongoing success





Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity)

Be a key player in reviewing activities to identify opportunities for improvements

Lead cross functional teams to develop, implement and monitor promotional and BTL campaigns

Ensure consistent execution of brand assets & messaging to instore execution

About you Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry a must

Displays a challenger mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standards

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomes

Team player with a strong desire to learn and grow

Works both collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well in fast-paced environments
