You’ll work across homes, schools, and community settings, delivering one-on-one support and group programmes to enhance mental health and well-being. You’ll facilitate education for parents, conduct basic assessments, and help develop Family Action Plans. A full-time fixed-term contract with solid teamwork and community focus awaits the right candidate.
