We provide a full service offering including Accounting and Taxation, Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking. You must have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a financial services firm. You will be working from our beautiful Greenwich office, overlooking Sydney harbour and beyond, close to public transport options. We are flexible with part/time school hours for the right candidate. filing and returning of client documentation Distribution and following up of invoices Adding, removing and maintaining client details on our databases Managing client appointment schedules Meeting rooms maintenance Collecting, scanning and distribution of physical mail Downloading and distributing Centrelink, ASIC and ATO electronic correspondence. Ordering office and catering supplies Experience:

Previous reception/administration and client facingexperience in a public practice accounting firm / financial services Ability to delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure deliverables are met Accounting software experience highly regarded Robust values and ethics consistent with our company values MUST be Australian Citizen to Apply
