About the Role Reporting directly to management, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Accurately enter customer orders and service requests into BinManager or the relevant company operating system.

Provide customers with information regarding bin sizes, pricing, service areas and availability,



in accordance with company procedures.

Respond to emails and other customer communications promptly.

Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.

Liaise with drivers to resolve day-to-day operational issues and keep jobs running efficiently.

Assist with the coordination and scheduling of daily skip bin deliveries, exchanges and collections.

General administration and office support as required

Solutions-focused — you spot a problem and get on with fixing it

Answering of the phones and taking of orders

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Strong telephone manner and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive and positive attitude

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in administration, operations support, or coordination — facilities.

Reliable, punctual and professional.

Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a criminal history check and drug and alcohol testing.

Waste industry experience is not required, but will be considered and advantage.

Experience with Xero (not required but preferential)

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (not required but preferential)
