The portfolio:

A mix ofnew buildsandBMCs

Ideally, some defects experience (not essential)

Supportive compliance and insurance teams to lighten your load

Your responsibilities:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with Owners Corporations

Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes

Attend and chair meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)

Draft and issue breach of by‑law letters and formal notices to comply

Liaise with developers, builders, and committees on defects and maintenance matters

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation

What you’ll need:

Minimum 3+ years’ strata management experience

Current Strata License

Solid organisational skills with a solutions‑focused mindset

Strong communication skills and confidence in chairing meetings
