As our Membership Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our club's growth. You will create a welcoming, high-energy environment where prospects and members feel inspired, own the sales and membership process from first enquiry to sign-up, and meet monthly sales and performance targets.
Key responsibilities

Meet monthly sales and performance targets
Help execute sales and pre-sale campaigns, including for new clubs
Create lead generation and outreach plans, and build local promotional partnerships
Drive the club's social media pages, live feeds and reels
Build a relationship with every member and know each by their first name
Support daily club operations and assist with administrative tasks
About you
Minimum 2 years' sales experience within the fitness industry (essential)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Good time management and attention to detail
You love the chase,
