The Self Styler is looking for a reliable

part-time Returns Processor

to join our growing team.

This role is super hands on and detail focused. You’ll be responsible for processing customer returns quickly, accurately, and to a high standard. It’s a great fit for someone who doesn’t mind repetitive work, enjoys staying organised, works efficiently, and takes pride in getting things done properly.

About Us The Self Styler is an online women’s fashion brand with a loyal local and global community. We’re a family-owned business based in beautiful Burleigh Heads, offering a welcoming and supportive workplace.

This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) based in our Burleigh Heads Warehouse. Approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with additional hours available during peak periods. What you’ll be doing:

Processing customer returns accurately and efficiently from start to finish

Inspecting returned garments carefully to ensure they meet quality standards

Checking items for condition, tags, wear, faults, and discrepancies

Updating return information and completing system processing

Restocking approved returns and ensuring garments are ready for resale

Identifying and escalating issues with returned items

Keeping the returns area clean, organised, and efficient

Following processes to ensure returns are handled consistently and correctly





Working quickly while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Looking for ways to improve processes and taking initiative when needed

Supporting the wider warehouse team during busy periods

You are fast, efficient, and can maintain accuracy while working at pace

You enjoy structured, process-driven work

You can think for yourself, solve problems, and take initiative

You’re reliable, punctual, and take ownership of your responsibilities

You’re comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

You have an interest in women’s fashion and enjoy working with quality garments

You have basic computer skills (Shopify experience is a bonus but not essential)
