About the RoleAs anAviation Cleaner/Supervisorat Brisbane Airport, you’ll play a vital role in creating safe, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the airport, ensuring the environment is always welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

General cleaning tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning spills

Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets

Emptying rubbish and recycling bins

Operating cleaning equipment

Ensuring cleanliness throughout the airport for a positive customer experience

Cleaning Supervisors:

Previous cleaning experience essential (retail/commercial preferred)





Minimum one year's supervisory experience in any industry

Reliable, proactive, and physically fit

Able to work independently and in a team

Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support

Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required)

Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management

Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation

Report hazards and incidents

Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication

About You:

A team player who enjoys working with others

Robust customer engagement skills and a positive attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment

Detail-oriented and committed to workplace health and safety

Open to learning and growing in the cleaning industry

Essential Requirements:

Ability to successfully pass aCriminal History Check,Drug and Alcohol Screening, andMedical Assessments

Ability to obtain anASIC(Criminal History Clearance)

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Strong work ethic and punctuality

Computer literacy

Skills & Experience:

High level of presentation and cleanliness

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
