Iconic Structures Sydney, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly-skilled Contracts Administrator / Site Engineer (Form Reo Pour) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based on our construction projects across Sydney. What you'll be doing

Administering and monitoring construction contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations Providing on-site engineering support, including overseeing the formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring processes Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to project progress, quality control, and health and safety Assisting with the preparation of progress claims, variations, and other contractual documentation Collaborating with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years" experience in a similar Contracts Administrator or Site Engineer role within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction contracts, project administration, and quality control processes Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications,



and other technical documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in the use of construction-related software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, project management, and site management applications Strong knowledge in the use of Ai for all site admin and spreadsheets What we offer
