A busy day surgery in Caulfield South is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable

Junior Medical Receptionist

to join our team on a full-time basis.

No previous medical reception experience is required – full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing their skills in medical administration.

Work hours may vary, with shifts between

6:30am-8:30pm Monday to Friday , so flexibility is required.

About you:

Friendly, qualified and reliable

Confident written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work well under pressure

Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing and eager to learn

Duties will include:





Answering phones and assisting with patient enquiries

Booking and managing appointments

General reception and front-office administration

Filing, scanning, copying and electronic file management

Sorting mail

Supporting medical and administrative staff

Other general administrative duties as required

Experience is preferred but not essential. Full on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant.
