Parts Interpreter

to join our

multi-franchise Springwood dealership , supporting a dynamic team across leading brands. About the Role Reporting to the on-site Parts Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Parts Department. You’ll support and mentor a small team of Parts Consultants and Interpreters, work closely with Sales, Service and Pre-Delivery teams, and help drive both customer satisfaction and department profitability. This position offers

high autonomy , variety, and the chance to make a genuine impact while working with contemporary systems, evolving technology, and multiple franchises. What You’ll Bring To succeed in this role, you’ll have: Minimum

2 years’ experience

within an automotive Parts Department

Forklift ticket favoured

Experience working in

multi-franchise environments

Strong exposure to

inventory control,



stocktake processes and accuracy

Exceptional

customer service and communication skills

A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across departments

A sharp eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment

Proven ability to

drive profitability and meet KPIs

Confidence adapting to changing technology, systems and market demands

Leadership capability with a focus on team development and positive culture

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
