You’ll build strategic partnerships, strengthen diverse talent pipelines, and drive creative programs that improve outcomes for disability, First Nations and veteran communities. You’ll lead DEI initiatives, coordinate accessibility projects, and embed inclusive recruitment practices while using data and collaboration to influence hiring success.
