You bring at least

2 years’ experience in strata management , supported by a comprehensive understanding of strata legislation, bylaws, governance and industry processes. Outstanding Communication:

You communicate clearly and professionally, building trusted relationships with committees, owners, clients, contractors and colleagues. Strong Leadership:

You bring structure and confidence to meetings, take ownership of outcomes and provide explicit direction when challenges arise. Proactive Problem-Solving:

You anticipate issues, remain calm under pressure and develop practical solutions before problems escalate. Exceptional Customer Service:

You ensure clients feel heard, supported and valued while consistently delivering responsive and reliable service. Organisation and Accountability:
