- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Paddock Bakery’s standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and as part of a team.
