- ## About Éramai Éramai is a luxury skincare and LED treatment destination located inside Crown Melbourne, specialising in advanced LED facials, premium skincare and beauty devices. We're looking for a confident, sales-driven Beauty & Skincare Retail Consultant to join our growing team. You do NOT need to be a qualified Beauty Therapist or Aesthetician. However, previous experience and knowledge within skincare, beauty, aesthetics or wellness is essential. ## If you have no skincare or beauty industry experience, please do not apply. --
- ## The Role This is a sales-focused skincare and beauty role, with guaranteed consistent 30–40 hours per week across approximately 3–5 shifts, including mandatory weekends. You'll be:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Conducting personalised skincare consultations
- Understanding clients' skin concerns and skincare goals
- Recommending and selling premium skincare products
- Selling and upselling LED treatments, memberships and beauty devices
- Building robust client relationships
- Working towards individual and team sales targets --




- ## Who We're Looking For We're looking for candidates with previous experience in environments such as:
- Beauty or skincare retail
- Cosmetics and premium beauty brands
- Beauty salons, spas or skin clinics
- Aesthetic or wellness clinics
- Pharmacy skincare/beauty departments
- Luxury beauty or wellness environments You should already be comfortable discussing skin concerns, skincare ingredients, products and treatments with clients. A formal beauty qualification is highly regarded but NOT essential. What is essential is genuine skincare knowledge, exceptional customer service and confidence selling and upselling premium products and treatments. --
