- Is proactive, autonomous and confident working with minimal supervision The Opportunity As a Senior Strata Adjuster, you will take ownership of complex property and strata claims, managing them independently from assessment through to final settlement while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Own complex strata claims end‑to‑end, from assessment to settlement




- Deliver technical assessments, coverage decisions and cost outcomes
- Lead negotiations, including large loss and litigation matters
- Influence insurers, brokers and key stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior adjusters and strengthen team capability
- Support business growth through client relationship development
- Significant experience in strata/property claims or loss adjusting
- Strong understanding of building, remediation and reinstatement principles
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
- Driver’s licence Requirements *Essential
