Experienced Landscape Construction Worker $40/hr + super + $200/week travel allowance | 38 hours | Monday–Friday | Immediate start Southside Landscape Construction is a growing landscape construction company servicing the Surf Coast and Geelong. We specialise in high-end residential landscape construction, working on challenging sites where quality, attention to detail and problem-solving matter. We’re looking for an experienced landscaper / landscape construction worker to join our team. The work Our projects include:
- Paving and detailed hardscaping
- Retaining and block walls
- Natural stone and rock work
- Excavation and site preparation
- Timber construction, decks and pergolas
- Fencing
- Irrigation
- Planting and garden construction
- Working on steep, tight-access and coastal sites What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who can build, not just someone who has worked in landscaping. You should:
- Have solid experience in landscape construction
- Be able to work independently and take responsibility for your work
- Understand levels, falls, set-out and construction processes
- Take pride in quality and attention to detail
- Be reliable and turn up ready to work




- Be able to problem-solve on site
- Have a positive attitude and work well within a small team
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Be comfortable operating machinery where required A formal landscaping qualification is preferred, but experience and ability are more important to us than a piece of paper.
