- ## Your Role in the Spotlight:
- Take ownership of all Gaming & TAB compliance operations within the venue.
- Ensure full adherence to Victorian Gaming and Liquor legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Manage daily reconciliation, reporting, and audit processes with precision.
- Oversee system accuracy across BOS Portal, System One, and POS systems (Bepoz).
- Monitor and control cash handling processes including EFTPOS, cheque, and floats.
- Work closely with senior management to maintain best practice compliance standards.




- Identify risks and implement improvements to enhance operational compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on compliance and procedures.
- Ensure the gaming environment remains professional, compliant, and customer-focused. --
- ## What We’re Looking For in You:

Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in Gaming/TAB operations with strong compliance exposure. Attention to Detail: You pride yourself on accuracy and staying ahead of compliance requirements. Systems Knowledge: Strong experience with BOS Portal, System One, and POS systems. Communication: Clear, professional communication with both team members and management. Accountability: You take ownership of your role and lead with integrity. Organisation: Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting. Customer Focus: A genuine interest in providing a professional and engaging experience for patrons. --
