Known for delivering quality projects with a strong focus on workmanship and attention to detail, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take ownership of a major high-end residential development in Melbourne’s North-East.

About the Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project, overseeing subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and site operations. This is a high-end residential development with a level of complexity more closely aligned with vertical apartment construction than traditional townhouse projects. Job Requirements
- Experience delivering apartments, high-end residential, townhouses or similar projects
- Strong understanding of site safety, systems and processes
- Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills




- Solid programme and sequencing experience
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lead a busy site and keep multiple stakeholders aligned
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and organised approach to Site Management
- Relevant construction qualifications and knowledge of Australian construction standards
- Strong commercial understanding and awareness of project costs, variations and contractual requirements Benefits
