About the role
The Queens Hotel Gladstone is expanding its Restaurant Customer Experience Team across several positions. We're a locally owned and operated venue focused on genuine customer service, customer experience and giving back to the Gladstone community. We want our customers to feel looked after from the moment they walk through the door until the moment they leave.

Key responsibilities

- Hosts / Meet & Greet: Welcome customers, manage bookings and seating, explain what's happening around the venue and make sure every customer feels acknowledged
- Tablet Operators / Table Ordering: Approach tables, explain the menu, take food and beverage orders using tablets, recommend and upsell products and check back throughout their visit
- Restaurant Floor Team: Own your section, deliver meals, clear and reset tables, check on customers and work closely with the Kitchen, Pass and Bar to provide seamless service
- Restaurant Bar: Work quickly while maintaining great presentation, attention to detail and customer engagement
- Experienced Pass Operators: Be organised and confident, perform under pressure, coordinate between the Kitchen and Restaurant,

- Can move quickly while maintaining attention to detail

- Can handle a busy restaurant and major event setting
- Work as a team
- Are reliable and available across nights and weekends
- Want to learn, develop and potentially progress within the business
- Either already hold or be willing and able to obtain: RSA – Responsible Service of Alcohol, RSG – Responsible Service of Gambling, and Keno Operator Training
