Full-Time Commis Chef – Kealba Hotel Francis Venues is seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our team at the Award winning Kealba Hotel located in St Albans. We pride ourselves on delivering quality modern Australian cuisine in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. - A recognised Chef qualification with at least 2 years' experience.
- A strong understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety.
- Experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
- The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- High standards of food quality and presentation.




- Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- A reliable, positive, and hardworking attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with menu planning and daily specials.
- Prepare and organise daily kitchen prep.
- Assist with stock control and food costing.
- Maintain food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
