Pasture of Kirribilli is a neighbourhood favourite known for warm hospitality, exceptional coffee, and a welcoming team culture. We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Barista to join our front‑of‑house team. The Role We’re seeking a confident, skilled barista who can deliver consistently excellent coffee, lead the pace during busy service, and support the development of junior team members. You’ll work closely with our FOH team to ensure smooth operations and a great experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce high‑quality espresso and milk consistently during peak periods
- Manage grinder calibration and maintain coffee equipment
- Lead workflow and support baristas during service
- Provide warm, professional customer service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety




- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Contribute positively to a friendly, collaborative team environment About You
- Minimum 3 years’ barista experience in a rapid‑paced café
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and extraction
- Confident in training and mentoring others
- Reliable, organised, and attentive to detail
- Able to work weekends and peak periods
- Positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality
