Experienced in hospitality and ready to step up? Love wine, good food and leading a team through a great service? Gemini Wine Bar and Pantry is looking for a Front of House Supervisor for 4–5 shifts each week. Working alongside our Venue Manager, you'll run the floor on your shifts and help shape how our team looks after our community. We're a community-focused wine bar and restaurant, also open during the day for coffee, pastries and take-home pantry supplies, and we're a friendly team focused on delivering high-quality experiences. Where is Gemini? 158 Sydney Road, Coburg, right near The Avenue tram stop and an 8-minute walk from Moreland train station. What is the role?
- 4–5 shifts a week, mostly evenings including Fri Sat nights and at least one Sunday afternoon a month
- Running the floor during service: directing the team, managing the flow of the night and keeping standards high
- Closing the venue a few nights a week, including cash-off, close-down and lock-up
- Handling guest feedback and tricky moments calmly, and turning them around where you can
- Coaching and supporting newer team members, including our junior team members




- Talking wine with guests and guiding them through our list
- Working with the Venue Manager to keep operations and service running smoothly Who would it suit?
- Hospitality people with 3+ years front of house in restaurants, wine bars or similar
