About the Role
As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for helping maintain a safe environment for workers, pedestrians and road users at our construction site in Wickham. Duties may include:
- Directing and controlling traffic around construction site
- Setting up and maintaining traffic control signs and equipment
- Managing pedestrian movements
- Assisting with site access and vehicle movements
- Following Traffic Control Plans and site safety procedures
- Communicating effectively with site supervisors and other workers
- Maintaining a safe and professional work environment What We’re Looking For




- Current Traffic Controller qualification/ticket
- Current White Card
- Previous traffic control or construction experience is desirable
- Robust commitment to safety
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
