About the role
This is a varied front-of-house role working across both our busy café and restaurant. We're looking for someone who is confident making high-quality coffee but is equally comfortable stepping onto the restaurant floor and delivering professional table service. We’re looking for people who have a genuine drive and passion for hospitality and great service. For us, it’s more than simply taking an order or making a outstanding coffee, we want people who get real satisfaction from looking after guests, anticipating what they need and creating an experience that makes them want to come back. Key responsibilities

- Preparing consistently high-quality coffee in a busy café environment
- Providing friendly, professional café and restaurant service
- Taking orders and confidently managing a restaurant section
- Running food and beverages and maintaining robust table service
- Working across café,



restaurant and bar areas as required
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
- Working closely with the broader FOH and kitchen teams About you
- Strong barista skills and experience in a busy café environment
- Previous restaurant or quality table-service experience
- Confident, friendly and skilled customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine hospitality mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Reliable, well-presented and a strong team player
- Availability across a mix of weekdays and weekends
- Must have current RSA
