- a new espresso and patisserie cafe
- in the coming weeks, and we're looking for the people who'll help make it feel like home. Aerie is owner-operated, with a real passion for specialty coffee and French-inspired cabinet items you won't find at every other cafe. We've found our home in Coolangatta, and we're looking for our opening team to help build it into a place that locals and visitors alike can call their own. We'll be open Tuesday to Sunday, 7am to 3pm. Experience is welcome, but not essential. Whether you're a seasoned barista, looking for your first hospitality job, or ready for something different, what matters most to us is a genuine passion for people and real curiosity about outstanding coffee. We'll train you in the Aerie way. What you'll be doing:
- Taking orders and operating the POS
- Making consistently excellent coffee
- Helping prepare our daily cabinet items
- Serving food and drinks
- Welcoming every customer like a regular
- Keeping the cafe clean, tidy and organised You might be a great fit if you:
- Genuinely enjoy looking after people




- Are curious about coffee and keen to learn how we do things
- Have a positive attitude and like working as part of a team
- Are reliable and on time
- Are available on weekends (a must)

What we offer

- Casual hours, with around 20-25 hours a week
- A regular roster that repeats every two weeks, so you can plan your life around it
