Current Blue Card Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance) Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, Individual Support, Social Work, or a related field Current First Aid and CPR certificates Current Australian Driver Licence Reliable, insured motor vehicle Previous experience as a Social Worker or Support Worker What We Are Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and skilled attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support
