More than a front desk: you're the first impression of a life-changing smile. Smile By Design is a premium cosmetic and implant dental practice in North Sydney. We help patients through some of the biggest decisions they'll make about their health and confidence: implants, full-arch restorations and cosmetic smile makeovers. Our patients expect a 5-star experience from the moment they call. That starts with you. We're looking for an experienced dental receptionist who loves running a calm, well-organised front desk. You'll take pride in making every patient feel looked after. Location 44 Miller St, North Sydney: a 5-minute walk from Victoria Cross Metro and North Sydney Station.

What you'll do

- Greet patients warmly and run a smooth, punctual front desk
- Manage the appointment book to keep the day full and on time
- Answer calls and enquiries, and turn new-patient enquiries into booked consultations
- Process payments, health fund claims (HICAPS) and payment plans accurately
- Confirm appointments, follow up and do recalls so no patient falls through the cracks
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Work closely with our dentists, dental assistants and treatment coordinators What you'll bring
- At least 2 years' experience as a dental receptionist (essential)




- Experience with dental practice software. Core Practice is highly regarded.
- Confident with HICAPS, health funds and payment plans
- Polished, friendly phone manner and presentation
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
