We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Access Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site access and personnel control processes to ensure that only authorized individuals enter the site.,

Key responsibilities
include supporting the day-to-day operation of access systems, assisting with planning personnel rosters, and organising coverage to maintain seamless site operations. The role involves collaborating with the team to uphold safety, security, and compliance standards by maintaining accurate, up-to-date systems, processes, and records aligned with site requirements. This position is vital in fostering a secure environment and ensuring operational efficiency through diligent access management and record keeping. About The Candidate To be successful, you will bring the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, coordination or support roles within an operational setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- High level computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with workers, supervisors, contractors and visitors.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a broader team environment.
- Experience working in a mining, industrial or high compliance environment. Work Environment
