About the Role We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our growing TechnologyOne practice. While this role sits within our consulting team, your initial focus will be supporting clients who are already using TechnologyOne Financials, helping them maximise value from their investment through ongoing functional support, issue resolution and trusted advisory services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, solving business problems and becoming a trusted advisor.

You'll act as a key point of contact for clients, managing support requests, troubleshooting functional issues,



providing guidance on best practice processes and helping organisations optimise their financial operations within TechnologyOne. As your experience and capability grow, you'll have the opportunity to transition into project delivery and implementation consulting, providing a clear pathway into a broader Business Consultant career within xAmplify.

What You'll Do

Provide functional support for clients using TechnologyOne Financials and related modules

Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve client-raised support tickets within agreed service levels

Advise clients on best-practice use of TechnologyOne financial processes and system functionality

Support system enhancements, upgrades and configuration changes across client environments

Develop client documentation, knowledge articles and user guides to improve adoption and self-service

Build consulting capability and product expertise to support future implementation opportunities

What We're Looking For

Experience working with TechnologyOne Financials

Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles and reporting requirements

Experience supporting users, resolving system issues or providing application support

Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions

Experience working directly with stakeholders and managing competing priorities

Degree qualification in Finance,



Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related field

An active Baseline (or higher) security clearance, or the ability to obtain one
