Plumbing Sales Representative / Sales Consultant Pro Plumbing Solutions | Sydney, NSW We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused position suited to someone who has previous experience selling plumbing products/services and understands the plumbing industry. This is not an entry-level sales role or a position for someone looking to learn sales from scratch. You will be attending residential and commercial jobs generated through our advertising and existing business enquiries. Your role will be to assess the customer’s needs, recommend the right plumbing solution/product, provide pricing and close the sale. You will then work with our plumbing team to arrange the installation and completion of the job. The Role Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Attending qualified leads and jobs generated through our advertising
- Meeting customers on site and identifying their plumbing needs
- Inspecting and assessing plumbing issues and requirements
- Recommending suitable products and solutions
- Preparing pricing and quotations
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales
- Closing sales and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Communicating jobs clearly with our installation team
- Providing technical plumbing knowledge and assistance when required
- Assisting with plumbing work when required About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in plumbing sales
- Has a solid understanding of the plumbing industry




- Qualified plumber and has substantial hands-on plumbing experience
- Has previous experience attending jobs, quoting and converting customers
- Is confident speaking with customers and closing sales
- Is motivated by targets and earning additional commission
- Is professional, well-presented and reliable
- Can work independently and manage their own appointments
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understands how plumbing systems, products and installations work
- Has a proven track record in sales. this must not be your first sales role
