Wellness and Nutrition Australia is a growing online retailer who manages both imports and exports for both local and international exports. We’re looking for a motivated individual to take ownership of our warehouse operations and grow with us. The Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader who holds a valid driving license. This position is perfect for someone who is a quick learner, highly organised, self-managed, and pays close attention to detail. The Warehouse Team Leader is a working leader: they lead a small team and spend most of each shift doing hands-on warehouse work alongside them. The Team Leader works on the floor every shift, picking, packing, receiving and preparing stock, while organising the team and making sure daily targets are met. The Team Leader is the first point of contact for staff on shift and the link between the warehouse floor and the director. They lead by example, set the pace and standard of work, and take responsibility for the team's output, accuracy and safety. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, using scanners, and preparing goods for dispatch

Key Responsibilities

- Management of a small team
- Prepare weekly staff rosters to meet expected workload, and submit them to the Director for approval by Friday each week
- Approve timesheets and report absences, lateness and leave requests.
- Complete daily shift reports covering orders dispatched, shipments sent, issues and stock problems.
- Monitor packaging and consumables levels and request reorders before stock runs out.




- Maintain accurate records in the warehouse systems and spreadsheets used by the business.
- Prepare, pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Package items securely (wrapping, boxing, or palletising).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Follow all safety and operational protocols
- Pack Cards and label inventory
- Make Boxes
- Ensure all goods are labelled properly.
- Lead daily start-of-shift briefings, allocate tasks and set priorities for the day.
- Supervise staff and casuals on the floor, and check that work is completed accurately and on time.
- Receiving inbound deliveries, checking stock against purchase orders and recording discrepancies.
- Building, wrapping and labelling pallets, including correct weight labelling.
- Putting away stock and keeping storage locations accurate and organised.
- Operating a forklift or pallet jack where licensed and required.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and free of hazards.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years' experience in a warehouse, distribution or fulfilment environment.
- Experience leading or supervising a team, formally or informally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing and stock control.
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, email and warehouse or inventory systems.
- Clear communication and the ability to give instructions and feedback calmly.
- Reliable,



punctual and willing to work hands-on every shift.
