We’re currently looking for 3 x Adult Education Lead Program Facilitators to deliver practical, engaging and high impact programs for adult learners RIGHT ACROSS NEW SOUTH WALES. This role is TOTALLY NOT about standing at the front of a room and reading from a slide deck like boring adult education programs. We are looking for GENUINELY INCREDIBLE communicators who know how to hold a room, make complex ideas feel simple and deliver workshops that people genuinely enjoy attending. Bonus points if you have skills across digital topics, small business, entrepreneurship, AI, marketing, business software or cybersecurity. However, you do not need to be a subject matter expert across everything. We can train the content and pair you with subject specialists where needed. We’re partnering with lots of Local Councils across New South Wales to deliver practical workshops for small business owners in their communities. These sessions are designed to be useful, interactive and immediately relevant. Your job is to lead the session, bring the content to life and make sure participants walk out saying, “WOW, that was actually helpful.” or "WOW
- I actually built something during that workshop". Your job is to take the content we provide and deliver it in an amazing, practical and memorable way.



The right person will be able to create energy in the room, get people involved, explain practical concepts clearly and make sure every participant leaves with real actions they can apply in their business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Program Facilitation + Delivery
- 100%.
* Deliver high quality adult education programs, workshops and sessions across ASE’s adult programs, including small business, entrepreneurship, digital capability and life skills programs. Facilitators may deliver programs face-to-face across New South Wales, online via Microsoft Teams or at partner venues depending on the program. This may include travel to regional communities. You will be responsible for creating a high energy, inclusive and practical learning environment where adult participants feel confident, supported and engaged. This includes:
- Delivering workshops and programs using ASE-provided content and resources. Trust me, the content is world class
- we have an in-house curriculum development team whose job is to build amazing things.
- Adapting your delivery style to suit adult learners with different backgrounds, confidence levels and experience
- Making sessions exciting, interesting and easy to understand
- Encouraging participation, discussion and practical application
- Supporting participants to walk away with clear actions, confidence and next steps
- Working with ASE team members, program staff and subject specialists to deliver an excellent participant experience
- Completing brief session notes, attendance records or program reporting where required
- Representing ASE professionally with participants, councils, government partners, community organisations and venue partners ABOUT YOU: 1. You must be fully competent and confident delivering programs to adult learners. 2.



We are specifically looking for people who are: 3. Energetic, engaging and confident in front of a room 4. Experienced in facilitating workshops, training sessions, education programs or group learning experiences 5. Able to make people feel comfortable, included and excited to learn 6. Strong communicators who can explain practical concepts clearly 7. Comfortable delivering to adults from diverse backgrounds, including small business owners, jobseekers and community members 8. Flexible, organised and reliable 9. Willing to travel across Recent South Wales depending on program location 10. Able to bring ASE content to life, rather than simply present information 11. You must also have either run your own business, previously run your own business or exited your own business. 12. - flexible around your availability
- Rate : $50 to $69.58 per hour inclusive of superannuation, equivalent to approximately $100,000 to $140,000 per annum on a pro-rata basis. Rate to be negotiated based on experience
- Location : Sydney, with travel required depending on the program
- Hours : Flexible and program-dependent
