They want an admitted lawyer to join their small in-house legal team. You'll do the same work you're good at, without the billing pressure. What's in it for you

- Personal Injury Commission matters, from teleconferences through to conciliation and arbitration




- IRC proceedings on psychological injury claims under the new amendments
- Matters heading to work injury damages and litigation
- Advising the claims team on liability, evidence and strategy
- Preparing liability dispute and work capacity decision notices
- Briefing medical examiners and investigators, and instructing external panel firms
- Coaching case managers on the technical side You'll bring
- At least 2 years PQE in personal injury or workers compensation
- Solid knowledge of NSW workers comp legislation and case law
- Confidence with evidence and how it plays out in PIC proceedings
- Clear written advice and good negotiation skills
- Insurer side experience is a plus, as is familiarity with the 2025 and 2026 amendment Acts and Figtree You'll need permanent work rights in Australia and a clear police check. Interested?
