An established mining services manufacturer is looking for an accomplished Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to the CEO and Board, you will lead the Company's day-to-day operations, overseeing business planning and strategy, P&L;, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, commercial tendering, continuous improvement, quality, health and safety, and stakeholder and people management. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building solid internal and external relationships. You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and ideally bring a solid grasp of manufacturing and operations, preferably in mining services. Commercial experience in preparing bids and securing major contracts is required, along with the confidence to make critical decisions and recommendations on new opportunities.
